Horizon Education · Business Analytics · for business schools
Analytics subjects, taught on real data
A teaching platform for business and management programmes, built on the ANI Horizon computation engine. It takes your course outlines, follows your instructors’ approach and speaks your students’ language. Students compute before they conclude — instructors see how every conclusion was reached.
Subjects
Analytics-based subjects of a business programme
- 01Business Statistics
- 02Data Visualization
- 03Introduction to Spreadsheets
- 04Supply Chain Management
- 05Supply Chain Analytics
- 06Introduction to Python Programming
- 07Algorithms and Optimisation Techniques
Each subject follows the instructor’s course outline: learning objectives, assessment scheme, grading rubric, readings and the session plan. Optimisation techniques include genetic algorithms, ant colony and particle swarm methods. Any analytics-based subject can be added. A school track — artificial intelligence, Python programming and algorithmic thinking — is prepared for schools that teach them.
What your school gets
General AI tools answer for the student. Horizon makes the student do the reasoning — and shows the instructor how it was done.
For the business school
Analytics taught by doing, with academic integrity built in
The Coach works through the problem with the student and never writes the deliverable. Every dialogue is open to the instructor.
Your course outlines, as they stand
Learning objectives, assessment scheme, grading rubric, readings and the session plan are loaded as your faculty wrote them — the platform follows the outline, not the other way round.
Quality you can show
A read-only reviewer role sees every group, subject and result: for internal review, external examiners and accreditation visits.
No IT project
Runs in the browser, nothing to install or integrate. Student data is stored in the EU.
A predictable budget
Priced per student, with daily usage limits per student built in. No surprise bills.
For instructors
The course stays theirs
Objectives, emphases, constraints, assignment templates and the reading list — written once, versioned, followed by the Coach.
The process, not only the result
The student’s dialogue with the Coach, the computations attached as evidence, and the moments the method slipped: asked for the answer, no sources, conclusion before data, skipped steps.
Less admin
A group is invited by pasting email addresses. Assignments with deadlines, work locked on hand-in, accepted or returned for revision with a comment.
Grades stay human
Horizon never grades a student. It shows the evidence; the instructor decides.
For students
A Coach whenever they study
In their own language. It asks, checks and pushes back — and leaves the writing to them.
Real computations
Demand, trends and prices on real market data. Each figure comes with its source and an evidence grade, and can be attached to their work as evidence.
A verified library for every subject
Peer-reviewed papers, textbooks, university programmes, industry analyses and press — checked before the Coach may cite them.
Work they can defend
Conclusions built on real data, with the calculation behind every number — the habit employers look for.
Built around your programme
The platform adapts to the institution, not the other way round
01
Your curriculum, as it is
We load your programme — subjects, credits, teaching hours, course outlines. A whole degree, not a single course.
02
A canon and a library for each subject
Concepts, methods and worked examples written for the subject, and a library of verified sources: papers with DOI, textbooks, university programmes, analyses, press.
03
Instructors set the course
Each instructor’s subject profile narrows the Coach to their approach. It narrows, never cancels: sources stay verified and the work stays the student’s.
04
Your people, your languages
Groups, roles and interface language — English, French or Russian — are set at invitation. Instructors invite their own students.
How the engine computes is described on How the foresight engine works. Fashion, design and creative-business programmes have their own track: Horizon Education.
How a school starts
Four steps to the first term
01
A conversation
Programme, cohorts, subjects, languages and term dates.
02
Subjects are built
A canon and a source library for each of your subjects that is not in the corpus yet.
03
Instructors come in
Each writes the subject profile and invites their group.
04
The term runs
Students work with the Coach and the engine, instructors review, the reviewer sees the whole programme.
Pricing
A quote for your programme
Horizon Education is priced per student, for the months you teach. Instructor, reviewer and administrator seats are included, together with the Coach, computations within daily limits and the subject libraries.
The quote depends on the number of students, how many of your subjects need to be built and the length of the term. The institution is invoiced in USD.

Questions business schools ask
Before you write to us
Which programmes is the Business Analytics track for?
+
Business and management programmes at bachelor and master level: business statistics, data visualization, spreadsheets and business modelling, supply chain management and analytics, introduction to Python, algorithms and optimisation. Any analytics-based subject is built on request.
Do students have to use a particular tool?
+
No. Students work in the tools your course prescribes — Tableau, Excel, Python or anything else — and hand in a link or a file. The platform keeps the dialogue, the sources and the computations attached as evidence.
Can we use our own course outlines and reading lists?
+
Yes. Subjects are loaded as they stand in your programme, with the instructor’s reading list in the subject profile. Instructors can propose sources for the library; each one is checked before the Coach may cite it.
Will students use it to write their work?
+
No. The Coach works through the problem with the student and never writes the deliverable — not the conclusion, not a paragraph. The instructor sees the full dialogue, including any request for a ready answer.
Does Horizon grade students?
+
No. It shows the process — dialogue, sources, computations, process signals. The instructor accepts the work or returns it for revision. Exams held in class stay with the school.
Which languages are supported?
+
The interface is in English, French and Russian, and each person picks their own. The Coach replies in the student’s language.
Where is student data stored?
+
In the EU. Students sign in with their own accounts, and the institution decides who is invited. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
How is it priced and paid?
+
Per student, for the months of teaching; instructor, reviewer and administrator seats are included. The institution is invoiced in USD.
