Refund Policy

1. Payments and refunds. Payments for ANI Horizon are collected by AnikinTech LLC. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Unused subscriptions. If you have not run a single analysis, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No explanation is required.

3. Refund criteria. Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no analyses have been run. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case and may result in a full or partial refund. We look at what you actually used, not at why you changed your mind.

4. After 14 days. Subscriptions are not refunded after 14 days from purchase or renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

5. Cancelling a subscription. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not end your current period — you keep full access until it expires. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund.

6. Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal was charged and you had not intended to continue, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, provided no analyses were run in the new period.

7. Service failures. If the service was unavailable or an analysis failed through our fault, we refund or credit that usage regardless of the timeframes above. Report it and we will check the logs.

8. What is not refunded. Access granted through invite codes or promotional plans carries no monetary value and is not refundable. Overage charges for analyses already delivered are not refunded.

9. How to request. Write to support@anitech.io from the email address on your account. Include the approximate date of purchase. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method promptly; the time required for funds to appear is determined by the payment provider and card issuer.

10. Your statutory rights. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply. Nothing here limits them.
