Terms of Service

1. Service and operator. ANI Horizon (horizon.anitech.io) is a strategic foresight analytics service operated by AnikinTech LLC (ID 402373267, Tbilisi, Georgia). ANI Intelligence is a brand of AnikinTech LLC. By using the service you enter into an agreement with the operator on these terms.

2. Account. An account with a confirmed email is required. The service is intended for persons 18+. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

3. What the service does. Horizon gathers data, applies mathematical computation and forecasting models, and produces reports, forecasts and scenarios. The nature of the output and the allocation of responsibility are described in the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

4. Acceptable use. Prohibited: attempting unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data; automated scraping or excessive load; unlawful use; reselling access without the operator’s written consent.

5. Your content. Questions, files and data you submit remain yours. You grant the operator a licence to process them to the extent necessary to run the service (including model processing and analysis history). De-identified aggregated patterns may be used to improve the service, including collective insights — without disclosing your identity or the content of your analyses to other users.

6. Intellectual property. The service, its code, design, models and methodology belong to the operator. Reports generated for your queries may be used in your work without restriction.

7. Availability and changes. The service is provided “as is” during active development. The operator may change functionality, introduce pricing, and update these terms; material changes are notified via the service or email.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator’s aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event. The operator is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from decisions made on the basis of reports (see Disclaimer).

9. Termination. You may delete your account at any time by request to milina@anitech.io. The operator may suspend access for breach of these terms.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia; mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rules of your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
